With Sicily as guest of honour, MIAM 2022 welcomes 130 exhibitors. This year's patron is Emmanuel Leblay, a specialist in high-quality counter-top cuisine.

- Organised as every year by the Gard Chamber of Commerce and Industry, 130 exhibitors are expected. "The Miam is a seasonal event, a tourist and economic event and represents a magnificent showcase," says Cathy Chaulet, vice-president of the Gard region responsible for agriculture and food quality.
- This year's patron is Emmanuel Leblay, who is breaking new ground: "Emmanuel is not a starred chef, but he has worked in prestigious establishments, including Guy Savoy and Lucas Carton. He has been based at Les Halles de Nîmes since 2014 and offers ultra-quality counter service cuisine.
- With Sicily as the guest of honour, numerous culinary events will be proposed over these 4 days
- In addition to the association Les Siciliens en Cévennes,
- Joël Defives, baker crowned "Meilleur ouvrier de France", on 18, 19 and 20 November.
- Olivier Herbomel, a sculptor on fruits and vegetables, gold medalist in the World Cup and double Olympic gold medalist. He will give several demonstrations at the central kitchen on 18, 19 and 20 November.
Not forgetting a concert, the presence of authors with the Sauramps bookshop, and the 3 restaurants that will be set up in the exhibition centre.
