- It is forbidden to dig holes or plant tent pegs. The restoration of any drilling of buried pipes or cable breakage and any loss of earnings will be invoiced.
- It is forbidden to hammer nails or drill holes in trees (and walls as well).
- Accessibility
- The majority of the main building of the lodge is on one level inside:
- Only 3 steps give access to the kitchen going down.
- 1 access step to enter the large shower in the master bathroom
- The doors are standard except for the kitchen door which is narrower.
- The exterior of the cottage is gravelled
- An exterior inclined plane provides access to the large kitchen via the French window.
- An inclined plane provides access to the steps of the main door of the gîte. Then, two steps give access to the interior of the gîte.
- The large terrace is accessible from the living room via a large bay window (with a small threshold for the rails of the glass patio door), or via the patio doors of two of the bedrooms.
- The studio apartment outside the gîte (next to the garages and opposite the front door) is on one level with the outside with French window access. This apartment contains a bedroom with a 160x200cm bed, a separate toilet and a sink in addition to other comfort equipment.
- Inclined planes/moving rails are available upon request.
- The garden is on one level with the exterior of the gîte and is accessible from the terrace of the gîte via 3 steps in different places on the terrace.
- The outdoor sauna area is at garden level.
- The swimming pool area secured by a barrier (and possibly a mobile dome and an audible alarm when these are in place) is slightly elevated in relation to the garden and is accessible by 3 steps. An access ramp can be installed on movable steps to access the pool in addition to the main pool staircase.
- A stabilized/tiled path comfortably connects the terrace, the swimming pool and the sauna to each other.
