The Truffle Weekend in Uzès takes place over 3 days from 13 to 15 January 2023
Come and taste the truffle in all its forms, attend truffle-hunting demonstrations, participate in the truffle market...
On the market square and in the town, 15km from the lodge (
22mn).
The black diamond is honoured through a rich and festive programme:
- The Winegrowers' Evening organised by the Duchy of Uzès Winegrowers' Union where the Duchy of Uzès Winegrowers are present to present their wines.
- The Bodega Evening under the marquee to taste truffle dishes accompanied by the Cuvées of the Vignerons du Duché d'Uzès.
- For the gourmets: the Night of the Truffle, a gala night where the star chefs of the Gard put all their know-how at the service of the black truffle by associating it with the product of excellence of the Gard region.
- Truffle Day, during which a market dedicated solely to truffles will be held, along with workshops on this beautiful product.
