Introduction to the lodge

Large, light-filled, single-storey lodge. :-)
The whole lodge is reserved for your own use, you don't have to share it during your stay! You are at home during your holidays!
The large living room opens onto a large south-facing shaded terrace with a view of the garden and the swimming pool.
The lodge is situated on a plot of over 1620 m2 in a quiet area and the garden, in addition to its palm tree 😉, overlooks a large open space which is fully covered by the lodge's free wifi.

Bright and spacious living room

The double living room of more than 50m² in L-shape offers you 2 spaces:

• A TV area of 36 m² with
  
  • a very large convertible corner sofa (part bed 160 x 200, for 2 adults, but can be used for 4 children without any problem)
  • a large table for various games activities for example, or even for eating (but a large dining table also exists in the kitchen area).
  • Reversible air conditioning
• A 16m² play or relaxation area with
  
  • a large convertible corner sofa (160x190)
  • possibility to add a small convertible table football
  • This space can be used to separate the games area from the TV area.

3 bedrooms with large double beds

2 of the large bedrooms each have a French window that opens directly onto the large terrace and the garden, with no opposite view.

• 1 set of tea towels is also provided during the stay, as well as a set of groceries
• 2 exterior level accesses including a French window
• Access by 3 steps with the rest of the house.

• It is protected by an awning to shelter it from the sun and rain.
• It is a living room thanks to the climate and its orientation and represents a real extension of the house
• It accommodates:
  
  • A large dining table (or for board games or also to work in front of nature and connected thanks to the powerful wifi of the lodge.
  • A double hammock, mobile.
  • Garden furniture.
  • A jacuzzi.
  • A sauna (from December 2022).
• Two trellises of white and red grapes provide extra shade to protect the French window of the master bedroom and the jacuzzi. These grapes are great to eat if you are there in August/September. 😋

The sanitary facilities

• The master bedroom includes
  • 1 WC
  • 1 washbasin with mirror and radiant heater
  • 1 shower
  • 1 window
• 1 separate toilet, with air extractor
• 1 bathroom + shower
  
  • 1 large shower (with a step to enter)
  • 1 bathtub
  • 1 large double washbasin + mirror
• 1 solar shower is also located by the pool.
• 1 shower and 1 WC are available in the studio (when the studio is added to the living room).
  1 Combined washing machine / dryer is available in the kitchen, with an ironing board and iron in the closet of one of the bedrooms.

The other pitches on the lodge

• Cloakroom-shower (see above)
• An awning, mainly for the barcue/plancha with the possibility of a table.
• Storage space for table tennis and possibly bicycles (hooks on the wall).
• A shed adjacent to the awning for storage of various equipment:
  
  • deckchairs and cushions
  • outdoor games (table tennis, petanque...)
  • main electricity meter.
• A screened kennel (but not necessarily used)
• A studio (former workshop that has been converted for 2 people with shower + WC + reversible air conditioning): it can be opened on request; and it must be taken as an additional charge for more than 12 people.
