The oils of the Moulin Paradis in Martignargues are delicious and have been adopted by many chefs. They have been awarded many times and regularly (for example at the Concours Général Agricole in PARIS: 36 gold medals; 24 silver medals; 4 bronze medals).
They are sold on many outdoor markets in the region, but you can also taste them and find them in the historical shop in Martignargues not far from the lodge.
