There are many open-air markets or markets in halls with many regional products, local producers and quality crafts.
Not all of them are listed here, but the ones we are used to. Do not hesitate to let us discover them!

• The Uzès market on the Place aux Herbes
  • Wednesday morning: 60 local producers (mainly food)
    
  • Saturday morning: 200 exhibitors, local products, clothes and a little more handicraft.

  • It is better to come early to be able to park easily.
    
  • Some parking places are free (with a shuttle bus), and there is also a nearby car park which is free for 1.5 hours.
    
  • In addition to the market, there are many shops in the streets around the market.

• The market of the Halles de l'abbey in Alès
  • The covered market, place de l'abbaye: mornings from Monday to Saturday
    
  • In addition, a fairground market around the Halles: Monday all day. (moved from September to December 2022 to the Gardon car park.

• The market in St Jean du Gard
  • Fresh produce, many regional specialities, crafts, clothes...
  • Every Tuesday morning all year round, in St Jean du Gard, open-air and covered market in the centre's covered market (photo credit Anthony Maurin)
  • On Thursdays at night, a large market from mid-June and throughout the summer in the streets of the village: Grand Rue, Rue Maréchal de Thoiras, Rue Pellet de la Lozère, Place Carnot, Place du Marché, Halle, Avenue René Boudon 
  • The information is not very detailed on the Internet, but St Jean du Gard, its market and its Maison Rouge museum are well worth a visit.
