This quiet lodge with a large swimming pool of almost 40m² welcomes you in a garden of over 1600m² with a view of the countryside and within walking distance of the village centre and its shops.
The house is on one level with a jacuzzi, sauna, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, games... 
The entire lodge is reserved for your own use, you don't have to share it during your stay! You are at home during your vacation!

  -  3 bedrooms, one of which is a master bedroom (private shower room + WC), double beds (one 180 and two 160)
  -  a double living room of 52 m² with two large comfortable sofa beds and a large table

  -  a separate toilet
• - An independent studio of 20 m² for 2 people with shower, toilet and reversible air conditioning (open as an option or mandatory for more than 12 people).
• A very large protected terrace of 110m² on the south which gives directly on the garden and on 2 of the bedrooms + on the large living room.

The 3-star lodge can accommodate up to 12 people in normal operation. On request, more people can be accommodated (e.g. by installing extra beds, please contact us). The price indicated is for a non-refundable stay for up to 4 people (automatic calculation according to the number of guests you indicate); it includes sheets and towels (for indoor use only, and cannot be used outdoors).

When the stay is booked via the miravacances website:
- The price of a refundable holiday can be confirmed as a deposit if the booking is made at least 3 weeks before the start of the holiday (and the balance at the latest on arrival in cash or via a PayPal transfer). If the booking is made within three weeks of the start date of the holiday, then the booking must be paid in full and is non-refundable, but some flexibility can be sought to accommodate the client as indicated in the contract.
- A non-refundable holiday must be paid for in full at the time of booking;
- A non-refundable holiday cannot be booked within two weeks of the start date of the holiday (only a refundable booking can be made).
- Since January 2024, Saint-Chaptes has been attached to Nîmes Métropole and a tourist tax applies in addition to the price indicated. The calculation of this tax is defined by the tourist authorities of Nîmes Métropole and the Region based on the national system. The tax is collected separately either by the reservation platform or by the Palmier de Mira team on behalf of the Region. The cost is €1.65 per adult (minors are not subject to the tax).
