This 2-storey house has a jacuzzi, sauna, reversible air conditioning in all rooms, games and a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor... 

The entire lodge is reserved for your own use, you don't have to share it during your stay! You're at home during your holiday!

• A 150 m² main house with:
  - 4 bedrooms: 1 on the ground floor + 3 upstairs. Queen-size double beds (160x200) in 2 of the upstairs bedrooms and, on the ground floor, one of the upstairs bedrooms with 2 twin beds (90x200).
• - a living/dining room of almost 40 m² with a large, very comfortable 160x190 sofa bed with a chaise longue
  - a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room
  - a separate shower room with WC on the ground floor
  - a bathroom upstairs + separate WC
• A terrace adjoining the living room overlooking the garden and swimming pool
• A relaxing pool area:
  - a large swimming pool of almost 40m²
  - a 56m² pool-house
  - a large jacuzzi with 5 to 6 people
  - an outdoor sauna for 4 people
  - a motorised solar tent between the pool-house and the edge of the pool for shade if required
  - a shower and WC
  - access to the pool is secured by a barrier
  - a mobile dome can be added to the pool house to concentrate the sun's heat.
• At least 5 cars can be parked in the entrance to the gîte.  

The lodge usually sleeps 10 people. On request, more people can be accommodated (with the installation of extra beds for example, please contact us). The price quoted is for a stay of up to 4 people (calculated automatically according to the number of guests you specify) and includes bed linen and towels (for indoor use only, not for outdoor use).
Special conditions are offered for very young children under the age of 3 (free of charge depending on the number of guests, within the legal capacity of the lodge). Contact us to declare them in addition to the number of paying guests, if required.

• The price of a refundable holiday can be confirmed in the form of a deposit if the booking is made at least 3 weeks before the start of the holiday (and the balance at the latest on arrival in cash, by bank transfer or via a PayPal transfer). If the booking is made within three weeks of the start date of the holiday, then the booking must be paid in full and is non-refundable, but certain flexibilities may be sought to accommodate the customer as indicated in the contract.
• A non-refundable holiday must be paid for in full at the time of booking;
• Since January 2024, Massanes has been part of Nîmes Métropole and a tourist tax is applied in addition to the price indicated. The calculation of this tax is defined by the tourism authorities of Nîmes Métropole and the Region based on the national system. This tax is collected separately either by the booking platform or by the Olivier d'Alana team on behalf of the Region. And the good news is that l'Olivier d'Alana has been awarded the ‘3 star’ label, which means lower tourist tax for you! :-) The cost is €1.65 per adult (minors are not subject to the tax). 😊
